The ski slope of La Combe d’Audon is a true legend of the ski area of Villars-Gryon-Diablerets-Glacier 3000. It is reserved to experienced skiers and snowboarders, offering a difference in height of more than 1,000 m, a breathtaking panorama and unforgettable thrills.
Starting out from Scex Red, nearly 3,000 m above sea level, the ski slope of La Combe d’Audon starts gently to allow the skiers to warm up and admire the splendid panorama with a view of the Diablerets glacier. Upon arrival at the Col d’Audon, the heart rate of experienced skiers accelerates while they set off down into the valley. On their right, the impressive Sanetsch mountain chain appears like a reassuring landmark. Finally, the slope becomes quite flat, allowing for a final and most exhilarating schuss. Upon arriving, more than 1,100 m lower, skiers are easily tempted to have a well-deserved break or to start all over again!
Open every day, the slope of La Combe of Audon enjoys exceptional snow conditions thanks to its altitude. The state of the slope depends on the weather conditions. It is advisable to inquire at the tourist offices.
