Aquabiking is a great way to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and the strength and flexibility of your muscles and joints.
There are two options for aquabiking at Villars swimming pool:
45-MINUTE SESSION WITH A COACH
You can take part in a session led by a swimming instructor on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Spaces are limited to 5 people. Booking is required.
You can hire your bike and do your exercises on your own.
Aqua-bikes can only be hired outside organised sessions and depending on lane availability.
Pool admission is not included in the price.
Bookings can be made at Villars swimming pool.
