Founded in 1910, the Collège Beau Soleil is one of the oldest private schools in Switzerland educating students from the age of 11 to 18, with over 40 different nationalities. The school offers a comprehensive education to boarders in a spectacular setting in the heart of the Vaudois Alps.
The college was run by the Meyer family until 2010 when it joined the Nord Anglia Education group of schools. This world-leading organisation is responsible for 35 prestigious international schools located all over the globe, with 23,600 students. Thanks to this partnership, Beau Soleil is able to retain its family atmosphere while benefiting from the dynamism and opportunities offered by such a global network. At Beau Soleil, the focus is on not what you hear or what you see, but what you accomplish, both in the classroom and in life. Summer camps are organised for children aged 7 to 16 with a wide variety of sports and fun activities on the programme. Plus, French/English classes are taught 4 mornings a week for all abilities.
