A delicious buffet of main courses with a selection of salads, vegetables, cold meats and other dishes, along with tasty pizzas and Italian style dishes. More traditional dishes are also available for lovers of seasonal and local food. Chef Joël Quentin has specially created the dishes on the menu using mountain flowers which he and his team pick directly from our alpine meadows. Delight in the colours and original, natural flavours of these dishes.
