Come and try this unique restaurant ideally located in the Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets ski area..
It’s not called “L’Etable” by chance: it really is in a genuine beautifully converted barn where you’ll be served local dishes with a twist.
What could be more original than eating with farm animals by your side? Don’t worry, everyone has their own space because l’Etable is divided into two distinct parts separated by a pane of glass.
The restaurant offers “home-cooked” dishes made from fresh local produce. To get your taste buds going, here’s a few of the specialities proposed: mushroom cassolette with rösti, roast ham with Alpine honey, prawn & asparagus lasagne and, of course, half & half fondue with cheese croûtes.
L’Etable is open summer and winter, with tables inside or on its large terrace. You can get there on skis during the winter or by car in the summer. It’s also a welcome place to stop during your summer hikes.
During the winter season, open Friday and Saturday evening. Booking required
