The Auberge du Col de Soud is the ideal place for a refuel during the day. In winter, you can ski to the restaurant on the Populaire run or snow shoe there on the official trail while in the summer, you take the Renardeaux trail. All year round, the cogwheel train drops you right outside the Auberge du Col de Soud.
In this unique, welcoming restaurant, Karin and Christoph make a point of using local and seasonal produce to create a delicious menu. Bread, cheese, eggs, wine and squashes of all types are all from local producers. Discover the flavours of the land either inside the authentically decorated restaurant or outside on the sunny terrace.
