If you want to get fit, do some regular exercise, challenge yourself physically or simply let off steam in the fresh air, with family, friends or on your own, then the Vita Fitness Trails are for you! Plus, these countryside trails are free to use, whenever you feel like it, any time of the day, all year round.
All 3 of our trails are in the forest and have 15 stations with exercises to test your endurance, strength, mobility and agility. If you’ve got more specific training goals, check the colours indicating what each exercise is designed to work on. Create your own programme depending on your mood and your goals.
